Anna’s specialty is legal advice in the field of new technologies, with a particular focus on resolving IT disputes, technology contracts, data transactions, and cybersecurity. She has extensive experience in providing services, both to IT companies, and organisations ordering diverse IT solutions (both private and public).
Currently, Anna supports clients in preparing and negotiating contracts in all matters related to IP/IT/TMT. She is highly skilled in the preparation and negotiation of contracts for the implementation and maintenance of the most popular ERP systems on the market.
Her expertise has been recognized in legal rankings - in 2025, she was named a leader in the TMT field by Rzeczpospolitadaily.
Her contract practice is complemented by a broad knowledge of dispute resolution, with a particular focus on issues related to intellectual property and IT/TMT. In her practice, she has advised on disputes concerning the largest IT systems in Poland.
Anna is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
She is also a lecturer in the postgraduate studies "Intellectual Property Law" at the Kozminski University, where she conducts workshops on intellectual property disputes.
