Anne specialises in U.S. corporate law, transactional matters, and regulatory issues, with a particular focus on entrepreneurship, corporate governance, and innovation-driven projects.Her practice also covers intellectual property and U.S. securities law.
She has extensive experience advising companies, startups, and organisations operating in or entering the U.S. market. Anne combines hands-on transactional experience with a strong academic background, supporting clients in structuring complex projects, making strategic business decisions, and ensuring compliance with U.S. legal and regulatory requirements. She has participated in numerous cross-border and international projects at the intersection of law, business, and innovation.
Anne supports our Clients within the US Office, particularly in matters related to market entry into the United States, ongoing corporate advisory, compliance, and cross-border projects requiring in-depth knowledge of the U.S. legal and business environment.
She is the author and co-author of numerous academic publications in the field of corporate law and corporate governance, including works published by Cambridge University Press. Anne has also held senior academic and clinical positions at leading U.S. law schools, where she was responsible for business law and entrepreneurship clinics supporting founders and early-stage companies.
Anne is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School (J.D.), the Michigan Taubman School of Architecture and Urban Planning (M.U.P.), and Cornell University.
She is fluent in English.
