Małgorzata, PhD, is a legal counsel specializing in AI law, data management and R&D compliance. She combines advisory practice with academia, supporting clients in new‑technology regulations, including the AI Act, GDPR, NIS2 and DORA. Her experience spans the full AI system lifecycle - from risk assessment and compliance documentation, through building governance frameworks for algorithmic decision‑making, to handling regulatory proceedings. She represents clients in EU‑funded international projects and advises research institutions on technology transfer and data‑management strategies.
She holds a doctorate in law from the University of Warsaw, where she teaches AI law and legal tech. She also lectures at the University of Vienna and the Warsaw School of Economics. She graduated in law and philology from the University of Warsaw and was a scholarship holder at ELTE University in Budapest.
She is the author of numerous academic publications in technology law and civil law.
She supports pro bono initiatives at the intersection of law and academia.
She is fluent in English.
