Julia Wyszyńska-Karłoska

Julia specialises in pre-litigation advice and conducting court and arbitration disputes, with a particular focus on issues arising from the execution of civil contracts, both in IT and construction.

Her experience includes preparing comprehensive legal analyses and developing litigation strategies. She has participated in numerous, often multi-faceted, court and arbitration proceedings, both domestically and internationally. She has been involved in disputes across a multitude of sectors, including the construction, aviation, and defence industries, as well as new technologies. From the onset of her career, Julia has been actively involved in the work at Peak Legal, giving her with the opportunity to handle an assortment of diverse cases.

Julia is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw. She is currently an attorney apprentice at the Warsaw Bar Association.

She is fluent in English.
