Kamila provides legal advice related to public procurement, IT contracts, and litigation, having the requisite knowledge to competently advise both private and public clients in the IT sector.
She provides legal support in the drafting and negotiating of contracts, as well as legal representation both in and out-of-court. She offers comprehensive advice on public procurement to both contractors and contracting authorities at every stage of the proceedings.
Her years of experience include the implementation of projects within the framework of servicing contractors and contracting authorities and Kamila has advised many well known companies, handling public procurement proceedings concerning the largest IT systems in Poland. She has also provided counsel on many high-profile disputes concerning the execution of IT contracts concluded under the public procurement law regime.
As an expert in the Polish Development Fund's Urban Tech Hub program, Kamila advises startups on the legal aspects of implementing innovative projects in the public sector.
Kamila is a graduate of Law at the Kozminski University and postgraduate studies in public procurement at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
She holds mediator qualifications and has co-authored numerous publications on IT and public procurement law.
She is fluent in English.
