Michał specialises in the resolution of complex civil disputes. Together with the Firm’s team, he handles numerous proceedings that require unconventional solutions. He advises clients at all stages of disputes, from negotiations, mediation, and conciliation, through proceedings in both instances, as well as before the Supreme Court.
His extensive experience includes representing before courts and providing pre-litigation advice to leading companies in the construction and infrastructure, new technologies and IT, chemical, defence and military equipment supply, aviation, and TMT sectors.
He is a graduate of the University of Gdańsk and Chicago-Kent College of Law (Illinois Institute of Technology).
The team led by Michał has been repeatedly recommended, winning the title of leader in litigation in the Rzeczpospolita ranking.
