Agnieszka Branicka

Agnieszka specializes in pre-litigation advisory and successfully represents clients in both court and arbitration proceedings.

Agnieszka has extensive experience in handling disputes, particularly in the fields of new technologies and construction investments. Agnieszka also effectively represents clients in separate proceedings concerning intellectual property, including cases involving unfair competition and personal rights.

Agnieszka’s long-standing and intensive cooperation with the firm has allowed her to gain comprehensive experience in litigation, arbitration, and strategic advisory at the pre-dispute stage.

In addition to her legal education, Agnieszka holds a degree in psychology from the University of Warsaw.

She is fluent in English.
