Arbitration
More SpecialtiesWe advise and represent clients in both domestic and international arbitration proceedings, conducted under institutional rules as well as in ad hoc arbitrations. We provide strategic, end-to-end support at every stage of the dispute - from the analysis of arbitration agreements and jurisdictional issues, through proceedings before arbitral tribunals, to the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards in Poland and abroad.

We represent clients in high-value and complex disputes, particularly in construction, infrastructure, technology, commercial, and investment matters, including disputes of a cross-border nature. Our experience covers proceedings conducted under the rules of leading arbitration institutions, as well as international arbitrations involving multiple jurisdictions. We advise on the selection of the appropriate arbitral institution, seat and language of the proceedings, and design dispute strategies tailored to the client’s business objectives and regulatory environment.
We also support clients in negotiations and mediations preceding arbitration, with a strong focus on protecting time, reputation, and capital. In addition, we represent clients in post-award proceedings before state courts, including actions for the setting aside, recognition, and enforcement of arbitral awards, as well as in interim relief and enforcement proceedings.
We act for domestic and international clients across key sectors of the economy, including new technologies, digital infrastructure, the public sector, defense, and security. In cross-border matters, we cooperate closely with foreign counsel and provide coordinated support through our dedicated US Office.
By combining arbitration expertise with a deep understanding of technology, regulation, and business realities, we deliver strategic representation that goes beyond procedural excellence. We believe that effective advocacy in arbitration requires not only mastery of the rules, but also the ability to build a strategy that enables our clients to prevail before arbitral tribunals, at the negotiating table, and in the broader market context.
