Wojciech Jarosiński LL.M.

Wojciech heads the team at Peak Legal. He specialises in contract negotiations in the field of new technologies, as well as prevention and resolution of technological and construction project disputes.

Wojciech has advised on disputes concerning three of the largest IT systems in Poland, as well as some of Poland’s largest companies. His area of expertise covers financial, energy, insurance and infrastructure industries, as well as international technological disputes. He has led and supervised cases exceeding billions of USD, and has advised clients on key technological projects worth several billion USD. Wojciech is a recommended arbitrator of the Arbitration Court at the National Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw.

A graduate of the Jagiellonian University and Columbus School of Law in Washington (LL.M.), he is a member of the Board of Visitors of Columbus School of Law (Washington, D.C.) and the Supervisory Board of the Moje Państwo Foundation.

Wojciech has earned an outstanding reputation in dispute resolution, as confirmed by several prestigious awards. Since 2018 the Rzeczpospolita ranked Wojciech in its annual ranking five times as the leader of litigation lawyers in Poland and as the recommended lawyer in remaining years. Wojciech’s team won the title of leader in litigation ranking three times and was recommended several times. Wojciech was featured in the Who's Who of Foreign Attorneys section of the American magazine National Jurist, Fall 2019 edition.

He supports, pro-bono, the Andrzej Wróblewski Foundation, whose aim it is to develop, disseminate, and contextualise knowledge about the life and work of Andrzej Wróblewski. Wojciech is also a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and member of the Expedition Cooperative.

He is fluent in English and speaks French.
